Welcome to ShipDock. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
ShipDock is an orchestration and deployment engine that connects to your existing Virtual Private Servers (VPS). We do not host your code; we simply automate the build, deployment, and routing of your applications directly onto the infrastructure you provide.
Because ShipDock operates entirely on the servers you supply, you agree that you are solely responsible for:
ShipDock cannot be held liable for any data loss, downtime, or underlying infrastructure outages. We recommend regular backups of your isolated environments.
We encrypt your SSH keys and environment variables using AES-256 before storing them. These keys are only decrypted in-memory during the deployment pipeline. However, security is a shared responsibility. You must ensure you are providing the least-privileged access necessary to ShipDock for deployments.
While our orchestration engine aims for maximum uptime, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification or suspension of the service.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShipDock is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
